Cookie Notice

The RouteBeer landing page does not currently set advertising cookies. Essential hosting and security processing may happen through Cloudflare. PostHog analytics is being added to RouteBeer and will only be enabled on the public website with an appropriate notice and consent mechanism where required.

Cloudflare

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

PostHog Analytics

RouteBeer is in the process of adding PostHog for product analytics, feature flags, diagnostics, and session replay where enabled. PostHog may use browser cookies or local storage to remember a distinct ID, session ID, device ID, feature flag state, and related settings. PostHog's default web cookie name is based on the project token and its default expiry is 365 days.

If PostHog is enabled on the public website, RouteBeer will use it to understand beta interest and site usage, not for third-party advertising. Where required, we will ask for consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies or local storage. If PostHog is only enabled inside the beta app, privacy controls will be handled through the app and privacy policy.

Session Replay

If session replay is enabled, RouteBeer will use masking and sampling controls to reduce capture of sensitive information. We will avoid intentionally recording private comments, photos, precise live location views, passwords, or payment details.

Future Tools

If advertising pixels, embedded media, or other tracking technologies are added, this notice will be updated and any required consent mechanism will be added before launch.
