Website Terms

These terms apply to the RouteBeer website, beta waitlist, and any private beta access we provide unless separate beta terms are issued.

Beta Status

RouteBeer is in development. Website content, app previews, routes, venue data, app features, game modes, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, and beta access may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time.

Beta Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta. We may choose testers by platform, location, feature needs, safety considerations, or beta capacity. We may pause, limit, or end access if the app is misused or if doing so helps protect users or the service.

Responsible Use

RouteBeer is intended for adults planning social pub routes. Do not use RouteBeer to encourage unsafe drinking, underage drinking, harassment, unsafe travel, or distracted navigation. Always follow local laws, venue rules, and personal safety guidance.

Accuracy

Route, venue, walking time, rating, opening-hours, availability, map, live-location, and game information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always check real-world venue opening times, transport, accessibility, and safety conditions.

User Content and Reports

If the beta lets you submit routes, comments, photos, drink logs, reports, or feedback, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or rights-infringing content. Safety reports should be made honestly and only for genuine concerns.

Privacy and Diagnostics

Our privacy policy explains how we handle waitlist and beta app data, including location, analytics, diagnostics, and PostHog where enabled. By using the beta, you agree that we may process data as described in the privacy policy and any in-app privacy settings.

Intellectual Property

The RouteBeer name, website, copy, interface previews, and original materials belong to their owner unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RouteBeer is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on website information or beta availability.
